Smaïn Mokrane

Smaïn joined Greenwoods in September 2024 after qualifying as a Corporate and Commercial solicitor in 2022. He is also a fluent French speaker.

Smaïn takes a pragmatic, client-focused approach, which has earned him valuable experience across a diverse range of sectors, including IT, property sales and lettings, accountancy, engineering and healthcare. He has supported clients through corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, share swaps and management buyouts. Smaïn also uses his expertise to advise on other general corporate and commercial matters, such as articles of association and shareholders’ agreements. He has acted for various clients ranging from business start-ups to large multinational companies, ensuring his advice is tailored to each client’s unique needs.
