Technically astute and commercially minded, Charlotte Davies is highly skilled in legal knowledge management. As Head of Knowledge Management, she aims to equip the firm with the knowledge it needs in order to deliver an outstanding service to clients.
Passionate about knowledge management, Charlotte promotes and develops this practice across the firm. She believes not only that this is key to the provision of exceptional legal advice but that it drives efficiencies, improves the client experience and makes life easier for our lawyers.
Charlotte is also a Senior Knowledge Lawyer for the firm’s Employment team. She uses her technical expertise, perfected as a senior employment lawyer in City law firms and in-house, to provide clear, pragmatic and commercial advice. Charlotte uses this experience for our clients’ advantage bringing them technical excellence, expert legal analysis and engaging training events.

Clients rely on Charlotte’s expert and informative legal analysis when reading about the latest key developments in employment law – which will often have a direct impact on the way their business is run.
Clients also benefit from Charlotte’s training packages and conferences which cover the full variety of employment law issues. Her training has consistently received excellent feedback – particularly for her ability to translate technical legal issues into straightforward language – and has led to both repeat and new instructions.
Charlotte worked for 10 years as a senior employment lawyer for both City law firms and in-house in the financial services sector. During this time, she acted for employers across a variety of sectors – from technology, media and financial services to retail, health, charity and education – gaining significant experience in advising clients on all areas of employment law, including on complex litigious matters in the Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court.
As a trained Mental Health First Aider, Charlotte works with a team of other MHFAs to help ensure that the firm’s employees can all benefit from positive mental health. She is also a Mentor under the firm’s Mentor Programme.
Charlotte is a member of ELA, the UK’s Employment Lawyers Association. She is also a school Governor with responsibility for training other Governors and for promoting links with the Local Authority.
