Siobhan qualified as a solicitor in September 2012 following completion of her training contract at an international law firm. She is highly experienced in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work and as a result, has an acute awareness of the different concerns that employers face. Siobhan’s advice on all employment related issues – from the merits of a tribunal claim to a business reorganisation – is delivered in a relevant, practical and accessible way. In the 2020 Legal 500 rankings, Siobhan is described as someone who provides “reassuringly reliable and realistic advice”.

Siobhan has significant experience in the education sector, advising private schools and higher education institutions, including many Cambridge Colleges, on employment issues that arise, such as part-time working, holiday pay, changing terms and conditions and exiting senior staff.
Siobhan also provides support on data privacy issues such as achieving GDPR compliance, handling complaints from the Information Commissioner’s Office and responding to subject access requests.
Siobhan prepares seminars for client development training and, as a result, her legal knowledge is practical and up to date.
