What drew Harry to Greenwoods?

When asked about his decision to join us, Harry said, “I was keen to join Greenwoods as I appreciate its ‘not an identikit law firm’ approach. It is also an ambitious firm that wants to grow; the opportunity to be part of this was hugely appealing.”

Harry’s path to Greenwoods

Harry has developed his skills through a series of significant roles. He trained at a boutique law firm in central London, where he cultivated a strong foundation in real estate law.  On qualification, Harry joined the firm’s real estate team before moving to Edwin Coe after two years.  During his three years at Edwin Coe, he continued to refine his real estate expertise, which paved the way for a move to international corporate law firm Pinsent Masons before joining us in July 2023.

Harry’s skills and expertise

“I have experience in working for both landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers of commercial property as well as lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions. Deals I have worked on have included numerous lettings of commercial space, selling multiple warehouse units, the refinancing of several student accommodation units and sales of multimillion pound long-leasehold interests.”

What is Harry looking forward to?

“I am already enjoying getting to know clients and building relationships, and it is great to be part of a law firm that dares to do things a little differently.  Greenwoods’ ambition is unlike any other I have encountered in my career,” Harry shared, expressing his eagerness to contribute to the success of our Real Estate team working alongside Head of Real Estate, Alex Hutchings.

Harry’s approach to client relationships is marked by approachability and empathy. “I see myself as a friendly face and someone you can openly talk to,” he emphasised. Harry builds trust and confidence quickly by fostering an atmosphere of ease and open communication. “My focus is on getting a transaction done as efficiently but thoroughly as possible.”
