Our last update on this topic highlighted that we were anticipating the changes to the flexible working regime coming into force on 6 April 2024, but that we were still awaiting the legislation to actually bring them into force.
The Employment Relations (Flexible Working) Act 2023 (Commencement) Regulations 2024 have now been made and confirm that the changes will come into force on 6 April 2024.
