Lorna has acted for the University of Cambridge and several Colleges.  Most recently (and ongoing) she and the team have been drafting the construction documents for significant works at a Cambridge College.

Lorna acted for the Claimants in the TCC and Court of Appeal in the case of West v Finlay & Associates  (2014)

Ongoing advice is being provided to shareholders in a family run business following a falling out between shareholders, where it is alleged that the sale undervalued the business sold by in excess of £100m.

Adele successful secured a court order securing the recovery of in excess of $2.5m disputed loan monies.

Our Education team advised a Cambridge College on changing its Housekeeping department's working hours and rates of pay.
