Favourable valuation outcome in a series of expert determinations

We secured a favourable valuation outcome in a series of expert determinations arising from an option agreement over a strategic commercial site in East Anglia.  The result followed success in seeing off an injunction challenging the instruction of the expert, in a landmark reported judgment (MP Kemp Limited v Bullen Developments [2014] EWHC 2009 (Ch)).
