At Greenwoods, we are passionate about providing a top tier service to our clients and we believe that this starts with and is underpinned by our lawyers being highly qualified in their specialism. Most of our senior Wealth Preservation lawyers are full members of STEP. This means they have undertaken further qualifications in the specialist areas of estate administration, trust administration, taxation of trusts and estates and trust and estate accounting. It is a benchmark in their field that many lawyers strive for.
Full STEP members are known as TEPs (Trust and Estate Practitioners). They are internationally recognised as experts in their field, with specialist, proven qualifications and experience.
TEPs must adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct, requiring them at all times to act with integrity and in a manner that inspires the confidence, respect and trust of their clients. In England and Wales, TEPs who draft Wills are also bound by STEP’s Will Code.
