The team has now grown to 25 individuals across 3 offices, including 8 partners. It is headed by Huw Wallis. As with many of the firm’s principals, Huw has spent the majority of his career working in the City, and he has developed strong referral relationships with many of these firms. His recent work has included international arbitrations, several multi-million pound director/shareholder disputes, banking and financial services litigation, various injunctive relief claims and commercial fraud.
The team has deep expertise across a number of practice areas, including all aspects of company, director and shareholder disputes, construction, energy/oil & gas, financial services, intellectual property and technology, property and tax.
That expertise includes all aspects of multi-jurisdictional litigation, arbitration, adjudication, judicial review, mediation (and all other forms of ADR), emergency injunctions and other interim relief, and asset tracing.
