In this exciting, newly created Paralegal role you will provide legal support to the Corporate and Commercial team who are based across our three offices. This role can be based from our London or Cambridge office.
Your role will include dealing with matters arising out of our M&A, Commercial, Data Privacy, Company Secretarial / Registered Office work and you will also support with the firm’s internal contract work. Over time you will have your own caseload of lower value transactions and simple commercial matters.

To support the firm’s ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for another experienced, technically strong and client-focused Employment lawyer to take a lead role in building on our established practice area, based in our London office.
Our ideal candidate is likely to have at least 10 years of PQE with strong technical expertise in Employment matters and a genuine passion for this area of work. A key part of the role will be to develop new referral and client relationships to bring new work to the team.
We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Residential Property team at Partner level, who will leading in expanding our residential property client base in London, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the firm.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, technically strong & client-focused Corporate & Commercial lawyer to take a lead role in building on our established practice area at a firm committed to ambitious growth and where individual commercial innovation is actively encouraged.
