Our quarterly appraisal process offers dedicated time for you to focus on how your career is progressing. Together with your manager, you’ll develop your personal development plan – and importantly you will receive support to keep it on track.
As you would expect, we offer a range of ways to learn, from formal training programmes and technical webinars, to group discussions and access to online resources. In addition, through our Mentoring and Skills Exchange programmes, we provide a host of opportunities for you to share your knowledge and learn from your talented colleagues.
