Anna Turner believes knowledge is paramount to providing an excellent client service
Senior Professional Support Lawyer
“Commit yourself to lifelong learning. The most valuable asset you’ll ever have is your mind and what you put into it” said Einstein. Anna believes that this is particularly true for lawyers and after twelve years at the coal face, advising clients on all aspect of private client work, from March 2022 Anna is putting her considerable experience to a different use, as Professional Support Lawyer within the Wealth Preservation team.
Anna is responsible for the team’s technical meetings – keeping her colleagues abreast of the latest legal developments within their specialism and ensuring they understand the practical implications for clients.
As well as maintaining the team’s suite of precedent documents, Anna also maintains internal legal ‘know how’, which facilitates the sharing of knowledge and expertise within the team.
The team also rely on Anna to research complex points of law, and work with them to apply the law to their individual client’s circumstances and develop focused, bespoke solutions or options.
Anna is also responsible for coordinating (and drafting) Wealth Preservation Matters, our expert and informative e-publication, which provides readers with details of key developments in private client law and practice.
Whether you’re making a Will or administering the estate of a loved one, we know that the work we are involved in can be emotive. The support Anna provides behind the scenes frees up other members of the Wealth Preservation team to really listen and support their clients in meeting their needs and goals.
Anna is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Dementia Friend.
