Trainee Solicitor
I am committed to providing clients with easy to understand, empathetic, and trustworthy work, tailored to their individual situations. Having only started my law journey at university level, I understand how difficult some of the jargon can be to grasp at first, so I continually make a conscious effort to explain things in as simple terms as possible, whilst still conveying the seriousness of the underlying issues.
I initially began studying film studies at De Montfort University in Leicester, however decided very early on that I wanted to do something that would really challenge me academically. After completing the year, I switched courses to study undergraduate law, and completed my degree in 2022.
Following this I went straight into my masters degree in Legal Practice, simultaneously completing my LPC, as well as a dissertation surrounding the effects of the Grenfell Tower tragedy on legislation.
Alongside starting my masters degree, I began working at Greenwoods as a paralegal for a mass data-migration project the firm was undertaking, before starting my training contract in September 2023. Before working at Greenwoods, I had a number of customer-facing jobs, which have ultimately helped me in being able to identify and understand client needs, and work on them in a fast paced, but thorough way that maximises results.
Outside of work, I enjoy triathlons, and am training to compete in Ironman Wales sometime soon, which gives me the perfect excuse to eat as much as I want and tell people I need energy for training.
