Harry qualified in 2019 and acts for a broad range of clients on all types of property-related disputes. He provides a commercial and pragmatic approach to disputes. He is objective-focused and tailors his advice to suit his client’s needs.

He is detail-oriented and advises clients in a way that is accessible and easy to understand. Litigation can be stressful, but Harry’s calm and approachable nature eases clients through disputes.

Harry has extensive knowledge of commercial and residential lease disputes. He acts in all lease-related disputes and focuses his practice on obtaining results for his clients, whether through settlement or court action.

Having regularly acted for both landlords and tenants in respect of possession claims and lease renewal claims. He also advises on complex disputes regarding breaches of covenant.

Harry has extensive experience and expertise in all areas of property litigation. He has acted on a number of matters relating to commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, including recovery of possession, trespass, lease renewals, service charge disputes, forfeiture, dilapidations, and breach of covenant.

He also has experience advising and acting for clients on adverse possession claims, modification/discharge of restrictive covenants, disputed easements and covenants and boundary disputes. He also regularly acts in professional negligence claims.

Harry acts for large multi-national corporate clients as well as individual clients, including developers, property investment companies, commercial landlords and tenants, residential landlords and tenants, homeowners, property agents, and trusts.
