Client focussed, Harry’s approach is to be clear, concise and approachable and provide advice and support throughout transactions. Harry’s priority is his clients’ interests and he ensures that the service he provides is not only professional but also commercial and down to earth.

Harry joined Greenwoods in July 2023, after gaining extensive real estate experience at City of London firms Jury O’Shea, Edwin Coe and Pinsent Masons.

Harry has particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters, gained in acting in all aspects of asset management for both institutional landlords and the largest private estates. In this work he has gained in depth knowledge of the requirements of both landlords and tenants.

His work has included buying and selling of commercial property. Notable deals that he has worked on include:

The sale of a £100 million+ long leasehold interest;
The purchase of a £20 million+ vacant hotel in less than 10 working days from receipt of the sales pack; and
The purchase of a £2million+ development site including securing senior and junior finance at short notice.
