Having worked at a Top 10 law firm, Eversheds (now Eversheds Sutherland) for over 7 years and in-house on secondment to Barclays Bank in Canary Wharf, Natalie has experienced life as an employment lawyer in highly demanding, fast paced environments and is driven to deliver client service excellence.
Recognised by the Legal 500 as a “Rising Star”, Natalie provides clear, practical, and commercial employment law advice to her clients. Appreciating that no two companies are the same, she takes a keen interest in understanding her clients’ businesses and their culture to find solutions tailored to their needs.

Natalie has acted for employers across a variety of sectors including financial services, health, technology, foreign embassies, transport and construction.
Natalie is a key contact for a number of large household names, leading construction and property services companies and a multinational manufacturer and marketer of home appliances), receiving repeat instructions on a regular basis. She recently undertook a secondment to a leading construction company to assist on time critical collective redundancy change programmes and received excellent feedback from the client.
Natalie is highly skilled in handling a broad range of employment matters across a wide variety of business sectors, including restructures, redundancies and complex Employment Tribunal litigation including in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court.
She recently advised on a complex piece of litigation which involved the Claimant challenging the validity of a settlement agreement on the grounds of mental incapacity. The claim involved a raft of allegations including serious claims of discrimination against the company’s senior management team. The Claimant’s claim was struck out at a Preliminary Hearing but the Claimant subsequently applied for a reconsideration of the Tribunal’s Judgment. The Claimant was unsuccessful, and the client was delighted with the outcome.
Natalie takes on key management responsibilities within the firm, including supervision of more junior team members and trainees. She presents on a wide variety of topics both to clients of Greenwoods GRM and to wider audiences. She is also a passionate member of the firm’s Environment Committee which is committed to reducing the firm’s environmental impact.
